Lead and managed business operations of over Rs. 100 Cr p.a.
2. Warehousing Solutions (cubic space utilization solutions) across all industrial segments. 2002-2007, headed regional business operations at Godrej & Boyce Mfg Co. Ltd (Storage Solutions Group).
3. Leadership – Have successfully lead large teams – over 300 strong force at PAN India Level.
4. Client Relationship Management – Hold an expertise into CRM and trouble shooting any and all bottlenecks to ensure smooth business operations.
5. Feasibility analysis– Shortlisting the right property/locations to start a retail outlet, keeping in view the particular business’ demands and critical points.
